Il Ristorante Bigarò prende il nome da una qualità di ciliegia ed è aperto sia alla clientela dell'hotel sia alla clientela esterna. Il locale offre un menù tradizionale e un menù alla carta con possibilità di scegliere piatto a base di carne o pesce. L’ambiente ricercato e raffinato si presta anche per eventi e cerimonie potendo ospitare fino a 250 persone. In estate vi è inoltre l’opportunità di accomodarsi ad un tavolo del terrazzo del primo piano e sulla terrazza dei ciliegi al terzo piano per poter gustare le specialità proposte ammirando il panorama circostante.
Lo chef ed il suo staff propongono per il ristorante alla carta una cucina del territorio unita ad un tocco di creatività, prestando una cura particolare alla scelta delle materie prime. Il menù, che cambia almeno quattro volte l'anno, attinge dai prodotti stagionali, rispettando la tradizione che cerca di valorizzare i suoi prodotti tipici. Nella composizione culinaria c'è uno studio di ricerca del giusto equilibrio tra gusti, profumi, cromatismi lasciando libera quell’interpretazione quasi artistica frutto di esperienze acquisite.
Vista la giovane età della struttura la cantina è appena nata, creata sulla base del panorama vitivinicolo italiano e divisa per regioni con proposte di vini bianchi, rossi, frizzanti e fermi. All’interno della carta dei vini compaiono alcune delle aziende più blasonate e conosciute, senza dimenticare nuove proposte con un rapporto prezzo-qualità ottimo.
